FUTURE QATAR will accept the return or exchange of an item, in case the customer changes his mind or not satisfied with the product provided that it has not been used, damaged, soiled, altered, or worn and that all labels, tags and packaging are intact and attached.
Cosmetics and underwear/swimwear bottoms are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Just bring the item(s) you wish to return to us. Please make sure you also bring all the relevant proof of purchase and the product if already delivered. Also bring the Invoice issued, Packing Slip and the Credit or Debit Card you had used for the purchase.
If there are any issues with your order, such as wrong or missing items / parts, please inform via phone or e-mail.
Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will be issued to the same credit/debit card you used for the original purchase. Even though we process your refund request immediately, its actual time frame is subject to respective bank and Credit/Debit cards issuing authorities.
If you mail in your return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation.Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. FUTURE QATAR may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which the orders are cancelled may include:
- The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it
- Pricing errors
- Credit Card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
FUTURE QATAR will deliver the purchased item between 1-7 days maximum if the order is confirmed, paid and credited our account. We will deliver your purchased product according to time and date you have chosen while purchasing the product.
if in case you want to change shipping/delivery time schedule, please inform us one day prior to delivery date via phone call to our call center, and please update us revised date and time for delivery.
In case of defect, damage item received, we will replace the same. As far as refunding of Delivered/Shipped item is concerned, it will be processed after we take back the item from you.
